The data you provide through the contact form and the “Ask about this product” form (name, email address, phone number, message and, where applicable, the product you ask about) will be used to handle and answer your enquiry. They will also be used to provide the service you request and/or contract and to invoice it.

Legal basis

The legal basis for processing your data is your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, and the performance of the service you contract and/or request. Any future offer of products and services will be based on the consent requested from you, and withdrawing that consent will never affect the performance of the contract.

Retention

The data provided will be kept for as long as the commercial relationship is maintained or for the years necessary to comply with legal obligations.

Recipients

Your rights

You have the right to obtain confirmation of whether MELEC COSTA S.L. is processing your personal data and, therefore, the right to exercise your rights of access, rectification, restriction of processing, portability, objection to processing and erasure of your data by writing to the postal address above or to meleccosta@gmail.com, attaching a copy of your ID in both cases, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (aepd.es).
